Is it a good thing or a bad thing if an up and coming band stresses cover songs? I am sick and don't feel like going into depth with the question. So, discuss amongst yourselves.

I think it's great if they don't completely suck. Don't cover something you can't handle!

biggest thing is having your own identity. If your a cover band be a cover band and throw in originals now and then. If your an original band doing one maybe two covers now and then aint bad as long as its stuff you know the crowd wants to hear.

Bob Marley ehh? Ok.... not sure we fit into that catagory though. We will be experimenting with some cover tunes in the future... so which songs could you hear us doing? (yes this is a serious question)

Well, basically, mrking. I thinkparabola would be a kick ass song to cover. If the singer is daring enogh maybe even ticks and leeches. (Don't want to strain his voice. It's a hard song to sing) Maybe, y'all could play some disturbed. Some old school nonpoint would be cool, too.
